Contact Krixi

• Farmers: talk to the staff at your Krixi hub. When your hub has added its phone number, you can call it from the Krixi app (the call button in the top bar or the shop).
• Hub staff and field experts: contact the Krixi team through the person who set up your pilot account.

To see, correct or delete your data or your whole account, to withdraw consent (including consent to keep a photo), or to make a complaint, contact the grievance officer or your hub staff. There is no delete button in the app yet. Please write from, or mention, your registered mobile number so we can find your account. We will confirm that we received it within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days.
